The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for delivery of offshore based recruitment services to our clients in the US and in Canada. Handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to screening and endorsing them to next steps of the recruitment process.

*Maintain job postings through international job boards

*Interview and source applicants

*Onboard applicants and coordinate with offshore client

*Pure 100% Voice Account

Qualifications:

​

• At least two (2) years of College Education

• HS or SHS Graduates with 1-year solid BPO experience are welcome to apply

• Excellent English communication skills

• Work experience in BPO handling voice account is an advantage

• Work experience in RPO is an advantage 

• No more than 2 jobs in the last 3 years

• Willing to work a fixed night shift
