The Senior Recruiter - ProPIVOTAL Account will be responsible for delivery of offshore based recruitment services to our clients in the US and in Canada. Handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to screening and endorsing them to next steps of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

​

• At least two (2) years of College Education

• HS or SHS Graduates with 1-year solid BPO experience are welcome to apply

• Open to Fresh Graduates

• Candidate must have Excellent English Communication Skills

• Candidates must be Engaging, Energetic, and Spontaneous

• Preferably with BPO experience (SMEs, L2 Agents)

• No more than 2 employers for the past 3 years

• Residing within NCR or must reside not more than 2 hours away from Ayala Makati

• Willing to work a fixed night shift

• Willing to work onsite in Makati
