INTERNAL RECRUITER

The Internal Recruiter for PH Leadership and Support is responsible for sourcing, connecting, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates based on business needs.

The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for the ff:

​

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates for business client requirements from job boards, social media websites, company websites, employee referrals, applicant referrals, staffing firms, etc.
•Design and implement innovative methodologies that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified applicants.
• Conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates and verify their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
• Maintain a database or a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

​

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience - in a volume hiring recruitment or corporate hiring
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
