IT Recruitment Lead (Dayshift)

Job Description

The IT Recruitment Lead is responsible for managing our team and the accounts they support. 

The role will take full ownership on strategies, goal setting and prioritization of the accounts on a daily basis.

Tasks:

  • Account Management.  Owns successful implementation, operation, and growth of accounts through collaboration with different work groups.

  • Client Management.  Maintain positive client relationships.  Seek to continuously improve process, systems, and controls, thereby ensuring client satisfaction and operational goals and objectives are achieved.

  • Performance Management.  Manage recruiting team/s and drive overall performance to provide best possible results for clients. 

  • People Management.  Build employee competencies; promote employee development.

  • Reports generation and analysis

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in client management and leadership, ideally in IT Recruitment

    • IT Recruiting background in a headhunter/staffing firm is an advantage

  • Deep knowledge in the principles of operations and client management.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work in McKinley, Taguig
