Training Manager

Job Description


The Training Manager will be solely responsible for managing all aspects of the training department:

  • Training Service Delivery: ensuring that various internal client commitments are met.

  • Leading and Building a Team: ensuring that the current and future trainers are properly motivated, performance-managed, coached and developed.

  • Stakeholder Management: managing internal clients' ongoing satisfaction with the department's performance by way of graduating A-player offshore recruiters and researchers and delivering training needs across the operations and leadership teams of the company


Due to the dynamics of the position, the duties and responsibilities may change from time to time according to business needs.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in BPO Training and Development is required for this position.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in either at Ayala Avenue, Makati or Greenhills, San Juan.

  • Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedules.

  • Preferably Training Manager/Training Supervisor/Lead from top-tier and performance-based BPO firms.
