
Technical Recruiter
The Technical Recruiter position is directly responsible for the delivery of recruitment services . The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. Specifically, the role will focus on these tasks:

Source and select candidates for temporary and temp-to-perm opportunities within the IT and Telecom industries

Develop sourcing strategies that will lead to successful placements

Partner with account managers to ensure clients needs are met

Assist with the development and training of junior recruiters when needed
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of working experience in IT technical recruiting in a staffing agency environment.

Deep Understanding of skill sets including (but not exclusive to): Software Engineers, Software Developers, IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Programmers, Systems Architects, Help Desk, Web Developers, etc.
