The Technical Recruiter position is directly responsible for the delivery of recruitment services . The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. Specifically, the role will focus on these tasks:

 

• Source and select candidates for temporary and temp-to-perm opportunities within the IT and Telecom industries

• Develop sourcing strategies that will lead to successful placements

• Partner with account managers to ensure clients needs are met

• Assist with the development and training of junior recruiters when needed

Qualifications:

 

• At least 2 years of working experience in IT technical recruiting in a staffing agency environment.

• Deep Understanding of skill sets including (but not exclusive to): Software Engineers, Software Developers, IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Programmers, Systems Architects, Help Desk, Web Developers, etc.
