Job Description

​

• The role will be responsible in leads and pipeline generation thru different sourcing channels to fill the manpower requirements

• Manages all sourcing channels; Online Job Portals, Referral Program, External events such as Job Fair and other tools

• Creates sourcing strategies

• Addresses recruitment related concerns on company social media page and other platforms

• Creates promos and activities to increase show-ups from call- outs and invitational ad

 

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in BPO or search firm Recruitment-Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, Digital Marketing

• High attention to details

• Can do basic graphic design

• Proficient in MS Excel and creating reports

• Willing to be assigned in Ayala, Makati
