Overview

• Will be responsible in collecting raw data and conduct analysis in large and complex scale

• Will develop strategic and operational insights

• Will work with internal clients to define operations' requirements and meet business needs

 

Requirements

​

• At least 2 years experience in a BPO company doing reports, business analytics, workforce and capacity planning.

• Required skills are as follow: 1) creating reports from scratch 2) usage of tools such as MS Excel, VBA, Macro and MS Access or other related tools

• Willing to work on permanent night shift

• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
