As a Recruitment/HR Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Sourcing and interviewing for business manpower requirements on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc.

• Conducting pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.

• Willing to be assigned in Ayala, Makati City

 

Requirements:

​

• At least 1 year of sourcing or phone screening experience, preferably in a search firm, BPO volume hiring / corporate recruiting, head hunting firms.

• Good  verbal and written communication skills
