Procurement and Operations Support Lead
Job Description
The Procurement and Operations Support Lead is responsible in providing logistical support to the different departments in PSG, primarily operations. Specifically, you'll be performing tasks for planning and executing activities in the following areas:
Administrative and Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office activities and create policies and procedures for the office efficiency improvement. Perform necessary audits (compliance, security, etc.)

Provide administrative and logistics support to different internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Liaise with specific units, private and government, for permits and licenses processing.

Perform and assist asset management and inventory including procurement

Reports creation for various functions

Take part and serve as core team to support for company engagements
Technical Assistance

Managing tools and provide support to concerns which is owned by the Facilities and Compliance department (email creation, operations tools, other similar terms)
Site logistics and Migration

Site coordination (if there is more than 1 work site at a time)

Site migration
-
Workstation layout/plotting, capacity planning and seat allocation
Minimum Qualifications

With at least 1 year experience as team leader is preferred

Candidate must have relevant experiences in facilities and administrative and office management functions

Technical background, a plus

Flexibility on site assignments

Willing to work on shifting schedules, as early as 5AM

Can communicate effectively to different audiences
