The IT Helpdesk Support is responsible for providing technical support to our internal users and management staff. This position will act as the first line of response to handle IT support requests.
Must have their own computer at home with a very stable Internet connection (backup connection preferred alsos). Bandwidth needs to be a minimum of 5mbps but more is better.
Minimum 1 year experience providing IT support with some involving remote support to end users.
Experience with configuring/troubleshooting IP phone issues (softphone experience is definitely a plus).
Ability to troubleshoot Windows and Computer issues remotely.
Willing to work overtime for extended days.
Willing to work night shift
