PSG Global Solutions is the world’s largest provider of outsourced recruiting services to the global staffing industry. We are nine years old, we have 1,200 employees and we have been growing at over 40% per year. 

 

PSG is headquartered in Marina Del Rey, CA, and our delivery operations are in Manila, Philippines. The company’s founders and leadership team come from a background of management consulting, banking, and technology, including McKinsey, Bain, Accenture, and Oracle.

 

Position Overview

The Director of Client Management will have full ownership of priority client accounts, including client relationships, operational results, and P+L responsibility. After a ramp period, Directors of Client Management are responsible for client accounts supported by 125-150 PSG team members, and will report to one of our VPs of Client Management. This is a high-touch, client facing role in a highly entrepreneurial, collaborative, and data-driven environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive great client results

  • Direct the efforts of our operations team to ensure we achieve client goals.

  • Lead problem solving efforts across your client portfolio.

  • Identify, coordinate, and guide process improvements and customanalyses as needed to drive results for our clients.

  • Build strong client relationships

  • Build and maintain great client relationships (typically including Directorand VP levels). Client portfolio will be assigned; this is not a sales role.

  • Define and articulate economic impact we are delivering for our clients.

  • Achieve targeted financial results

  • Manage pricing and internal costs to achieve revenue and margin target for client account portfolio.

  • Expand client relationships based on great operational results.

  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of PSG Global Solutions

  • Lend your expertise to internal strategic and operational initiatives to grow PSG and improve profitability.

  • Help to define and implement PSG’s vision, mission, culture, and values as we continue to expand with new clients, markets, and industries.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience or equivalent with a management consulting firm, internal strategy / business development group, financial institution, or other broad-based business advisory firm.

  • Strong quantitative / analytical skills and conceptual problem solving ability.

  • Strong client management capabilities, able to work as a peer to seniorexecutives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree.

  • Location: Los Angeles / Denver / Remote if desired & 20% travel required, including occasional international travel.
