PSG Global Solutions provides recruiting services to staffing companies and other large recruiting operations. We are eight years old, we have 1,200 employees, and we have been growing at nearly 50% per year. PSG is headquartered in Marina Del Rey, CA, and our primary operations are in Manila, Philippines.

 

Position Overview

The Client Manager will have full ownership of their assigned client accounts, including client relationships, operational results, and P+L responsibility. After a ramp period the Client Manager will be responsible for client accounts being supported by PSG teams totaling 75-125 people.

 

Responsibilities

  • Great Client Results

    • Coordinate the efforts of our operations team to ensure we achieve client goals. Problem solve when necessary to overcome obstacles to meeting goals.

    • Identify and implement process improvements on client accounts and broader company operations.

  • Build Strong Client Relationships

    • Build and maintain great client relationships (typically including director and VP levels). Client portfolio will be assigned; this is not a sales role.

  • Achieve Targeted Financial Results

    • Manage pricing and internal costs to achieve revenue and margin targets for client account portfolio.

    • Expand client relationships based on great operational results.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment process outsourcing experience, including both client and operational responsibilities. RPO experience is required.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Strong client management capabilities, able to work as a peer to senior executives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree.

  • Location: Marina Del Rey, CA office. <20% travel required.
